Gabrielle Wilcox, Psy.D., NCSP

She completed her doctoral degree in school psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (www.pcom.edu) after working for eight years as a nationally certified school psychologist (www.nasponline.org/certification/index.aspx). She is currently a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology (www.nanonline.org), Pennsylvania Psychological Association (www.papsy.org), and Lancaster Lebanon Psychological Association (www.llpa.org).

 

Dr. Wilcox serves individuals of all ages but has a special interest in the area of children’s neuropsychological issues including ADHD, working memory, and learning difficulties, especially in using neuropsychological principles to help schools and families ameliorate the challenges that children and adolescents face. Dr. Wilcox also has an interest in neuropsychological assessment with geriatric populations, especially in the area of memory and functional challenges.

Cogmed Qualified PracticeDr. Wilcox is a Cogmed Qualified provider. Cogmed Working Memory Training is an evidence-based program for helping children, adolescents, and adults sustainably improve attention by training their working memory.

 

Dr. Wilcox has co-authored two book chapters concerning assessment and intervention of children with ADHD.
