Emory Otto, Psy.D.

Dr. Otto assists persons with a wide variety of emotional and interpersonal difficulties. Anxiety disorders are a major focus of therapy. Included are persons dealing with traumas such as sexual abuse, anxiety related to accidents or loss of ability due to illness or aging. Depression, spiritual issues, dissociative disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties and grief related issues, are just a sampling of problems addressed. He is part of a Marriage Encounter Presenting Team and is committed to helping troubled marriages. Dr. Otto, along with his wife, serves on the Regional and World Wide Interfaith Marriage Encounter Boards. Past experiences include developing and administering Friendship Community during the initial 7 years of operation, and served as a Psychologist at Philhaven for 17 years. He comes with experience in Private Practice and as a Psychologist in Nursing Homes for over 10 years.
