Joseph Birli, Ed.D, LPC
Joe has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and his
Masters degree in Counseling. He is a
Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor and has been a professor of
educational counseling training Masters level counseling students for several
Universities. He tends to specialize in
relationship issues with focus on marriage and family, addictions (food,
sexual), Obsessive Compulsive disorders, anxiety and mood disorders,
depression, behavioral management and psychiatric diagnoses. He is a Clinical Director for a non-profit
organization with emphasis on developmental/dual diagnosis individuals who
present with both psychiatric and behavioral challenges.
