Insurance

Providence Behavioral Health accepts multiple health insurance plans. However, our clinicians vary in which insurances they accept.  Insurance companies also vary considerably with respect to level of reimbursement for psychotherapy/counseling, neuropsychological testing/evaluation, or psychological evaluation.

While we gladly work with the following insurance companies, it is important to note our billing specialists will make every effort to verify your coverage and insure we have an in-network provider to assist you.

Some insurance plans require an authorization number before services can begin. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card before your initial appointment to clarify your benefits.

If you do not see your insurance listed or if you do not have insurance coverage, we will be happy to discuss our private pay options with you.

A significant amount of our clients are supported by church, attorney, and school funding depending on the nature of the treatment.

If you are paying out of pocket for a neuropsychological/psychological evaluation, we require 50% deposit from you at the time of the examination and final payment when the report is ready.  We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards.

If you are paying out of pocket for psychotherapy/counseling full payment is expected at the time of service.

Our billing team will submit claims to participating insurance plans. It is not a guarantee insurance will always pay.  Clients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and non-payment. All unpaid claims are client responsibility.  Delinquent unpaid claims will be submitted to local collections agencies.
