Amy Cannon graduated with her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Towson University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She enjoys working with adults, adolescents, children and families using a holistic, strengths-based, approach, she has experience assisting clients achieve their goals as they address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, anger, impulse control, conduct and oppositional behaviors, parenting strategies/support, identity, life changes/transitions, spiritual relationship issues.
Amy takes an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Therapy.
Amy finds it a privilege and honor to work alongside clients as they move forward in making positive and lasting life changes.
