It has been a meaningful part of my journey and truly a calling to support individuals through the tender and complex aspects of being human. Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, challenges with self-worth, or the weight of daily stress, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside them. My approach to counseling is warm, engaging, and focused on creating a safe space for genuine growth. I strive to understand the whole individual—their story, their strengths, and the experiences that shaped them. I work collaboratively to understand underlying patterns and core concerns so that healing can take place from the inside out. Therapy, in my view, should do more than ease symptoms; it has to offer meaningful insights, practical strategies, and a renewed sense of hope.

I offer this same grounded and compassionate approach when supporting children and adolescents, including those navigating ADHD, ASD diagnoses, emotional regulation challenges, and developmental or behavioral concerns. Whether we are working on coping skills, communication, emotion regulation, or building healthier patterns, my goal is to equip individuals and families with tools that are relatable, empowering, and sustainable. I strive to meet every person exactly where they are, supporting them in developing confidence, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.It is a great honor to be a member of the team at Providence Behavioral Health, where I have the opportunity to work alongside compassionate, highly trained professionals dedicated to serving diverse populations with excellence. Being part of this team allows me to continue offering care that is wholehearted, culturally attuned, and centered on meaningful growth.
