About Kristi Winkelspecht
Kristi Winkelspecht is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania. She has 20+ years working with preteens, teens, and young adults. Kristi served as an Intensive Day Treatment therapist, School – based therapist, Behavioral Specialist, and a Mobile Therapist where she supported students and families in the home, school, and community environments.

I am thankful to be a part of the team of professionals here at Providence Behavioral Health.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths- based, and client- centered. Treatment is integrative and wholistic. I am trained in a variety of evidence –based therapeutic modalities, adapting my counseling to meet the unique needs and goals of each person that I work with.
My specialties include depression, anxiety, school- related issues, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment issues, relational issues, and emotional regulation issues.
I value creating a safe and trusting space for each person to explore their personal goals and overcome obstacles.
